Doctrinal Statement

In doctrine and practice we are conservative evangelicals of Wesleyan-Arminian persuasion. We believe the Bible is the only written word of God, with the original text inspired by God and without error. We believe the Creator God has revealed Himself to us in three persons: the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We believe in the necessity of personal salvation by grace through faith in the atoning blood of Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ is the only means of salvation. We believe in entire sanctification, that work of the Holy Spirit by which the child of God is cleansed from all inbred sin through faith in Jesus Christ. It is subsequent to regeneration, and is wrought when the believer presents himself a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable unto God, and is thus enabled through grace to love God with all the heart and to walk in His holy commandments blameless. We believe in the imminent return of Jesus Christ for His church. We believe in divine healing. We believe in a literal, eternal heaven for the righteous dead and a literal, eternal hell for the unrighteous dead. See our expanded doctrine.
